According to Russia's Pary Today News Agency, the commander of the Central Command of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that Iran has shifted from a defensive tactic to an offensive tactic in its actions against the United States and Israel.
The commander said, "In order to defend the Islamic Republic, the military doctrine of Iran's armed forces has shifted from defense to offense. Based on this doctrine, we have adjusted our tactics on the battlefield. With new modern weapons, we will break all the enemies' plans."
