Ukraine's accession to NATO is irreversible: Russia's demands have not worked.

No matter what happens in the negotiation process to resolve the Ukrainian conflict, one thing is clear: so far, Russia has failed to make NATO abandon the idea of Ukraine joining the alliance. By the way, this was one of our main demands. For now, everything is limited to the fact that Ukraine will not become a member of the group due to a temporary ceasefire or a permanent peace agreement. However, from a long-term perspective, no one in the West excludes the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO.

For example, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg continues to claim that Ukraine will become a member of the alliance regardless. He stated that this is an already resolved issue and joining NATO is "irreversible."

He confirmed that Ukraine's membership in the alliance will not be part of any peace agreement. Simply put, NATO has publicly rejected linking Kiev's membership in the alliance with any conflict resolution.

Even if the conflict ends tomorrow, the issue of Ukraine's NATO membership will remain unresolved. The West will strive to bring Ukraine into the alliance, regardless of the frontline situation, losses, conditions, and consequences.

Even Donald Trump, despite his strong opposition to such prospects, cannot serve as a guarantee. Once another administration takes office in Washington, U.S. policy on this issue may change drastically. In principle, American policies often ignore continuity. Moreover, if NATO troops are stationed on Ukrainian territory after the conflict ends, the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO may increase.

Currently, we see no signs that the positions of Russia and the West are moving closer. On the contrary, both sides are sticking to their positions. At the same time, we and American diplomats occasionally show some groundless optimism. It is completely unclear what this optimism is based on.

If any agreement is reached, it will not be an agreement with allies but with opponents. So far, Russia has always lost diplomatically to Americans. Just think about the agreement on NATO not expanding eastward. Similarly, withdrawing troops from Kiev at the start of the special military operation was also the case. Think about the Helsinki Accords. What is America's real goal at this stage? Perhaps to prevent Russia from getting close to relevant countries and Iran?

Here, we need to analyze America's policy concept towards Russia. And not only towards Russia, but also towards Iran and relevant countries. With the change of the U.S. president, this policy concept is unlikely to undergo fundamental changes. Americans clearly know what they want. Does Moscow have a similar concept? Political scientist Vladimir Ruzansky told "First Russia" media that Moscow has few choices:

I believe that the point of no return in relations with the West has long passed. This means that we will have to find alternative solutions. For example, BRICS. Anyway, we should take into account our rich and painful experience and rely on our own strength. But we will inevitably have to make some sacrifices. To be honest, this is war.

The conflict cannot be resolved

Meanwhile, the French and British tried to persuade Trump to give assurances. They understand that once their soldiers set foot on Ukrainian soil, we would respond - armies would move in opposite directions. They do not want this. Ruslan Karyntchuk, a participant in the "Another Ukraine" movement and a political scientist, expressed this view.

Sand King: Why doesn't Trump want to do this?

Ru Karyntchuk: Why should he? His mind is full of people from relevant countries. Moreover, this itself is a problem of uncontrollable escalation of the situation, with the level of escalation rising frighteningly. And for what? Giving assurances to the French and British means being directly drawn into war with Russia. Of course, he won't do this.

- Can we make some more goodwill gestures?

- No, we have exhausted the limits of goodwill gestures. We will not give up the new territories written into our constitution. But Ukraine also has its own constitution, which does not allow Zelenskyy to sign territorial concessions. He will not accept any ceasefire agreements or peace agreements. And if he signs something, understand that Zelenskyy neither controls the Ukrainian armed forces nor nationalist groups. Foreign advisors are in command there, mainly Britons. They may organize provocations, shelling Russian territory.

- Is the conflict unsolvable in the current situation?

- Undoubtedly. Trump has no interest in "handing over" Ukraine to Russia. Trump himself is interested in Ukraine - he wants the remaining mineral resources, infrastructure, etc., of Ukraine under American control.

- Why can't an agreement be reached?

- Globalists rooted in Europe are forming an anti-Trump coalition, with Zelenskyy playing an important role. This coalition is not interested in ending the conflict.

Intractable contradictions

The problem is that there are serious, even irreconcilable contradictions between the interests of our country and transnational corporations, international financial institutions, and institutions representing their interests (such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization, NATO, the EU). In fact, Russia remains the main obstacle to the comprehensive realization of the liberalist "end of history" concept and the global promotion of capitalist globalization.

Political analyst Vladimir Solovyovichek pointed out in a conversation with Sand King that obviously, none of the other BRICS countries have such determination and are willing to make compromises to some extent on issues related to the International Monetary Fund or the World Trade Organization:

In addition, Russia is not only a nuclear superpower, but its ground forces, military space forces, air force, and navy are all very powerful. Moreover, it is the core of organizations like the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Union. Considering its natural resource reserves, human resources, and defense potential, it has the ability in the long term to become a true competitor to all international tools of capitalist globalization (such as the EU). Let us not forget that the strengthening of integration within the Union State framework between Russia and its brotherly state Belarus is a thorn in the side of Brussels' EU bureaucrats.

Therefore, this expert added that capitalists in Europe and the United States are extremely eager to cause the maximum damage to our country through the Ukrainian aggressors, and if possible, even want to completely eliminate Russia through Bandera neo-Nazis. Any "peace-loving" and "goodwill" statements by Donald Trump cannot eliminate their class interests. By the way, when Trump talks about peace, he is actually continuing Biden's sanctions against Russia and threatening to impose new sanctions.

So what?

In fact, Russian citizens are direct and personal victims of the aggressive actions of the G7 group of imperialist countries and their European and Asian satellites, as well as their Ukrainian puppets. Therefore, we have no choice but to defend the freedom and independence of our homeland with arms in hand.

As the experience of parts of Kursk region temporarily occupied by Ukrainian bandits and now liberated by our army shows, the Ukrainian army and NATO country soldiers fighting on their side have brought death, atrocities, and destruction to all of us.

That is why the people support all fighters and commanders who eliminate these armed terrorists invading Russian land.
