Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced that Russia has begun importing fuel. In a conversation with Pavel Zarubin, a reporter from Izvestia, the federal government's deputy prime minister stated that authorities are doing everything possible to improve the current situation.
Novak said: "We have already taken measures including export bans, and now we have initiated imports."
