A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between JSC "Astana Innovation" and Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan. It includes the demonstration launch of a 10G network in the Kazakh capital.
According to Astana Innovation, the memorandum was signed within the framework of the "Central Asia Energy - China" energy forum. The sole founder of Astana Innovation is the city governor's office.
Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan and Astana Innovation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, opening up new directions for cooperation in digital technology and telecommunications.
The first step will be the demonstration release of Huawei's 10G network in Astana. This decision will lay the foundation for the emergence of next-generation services, providing high-speed connections, sustainability of digital infrastructure, and creating a foundation for the development of smart city solutions."
The project has received support from the Astana Digitalization and Public Services Office.
