Before the conference opening, Unitree Technology announced that it would launch the full-size humanoid robot R1 at a price of less than $6,000.

However, most high-tech assistants do not require hardware. At this exhibition, AI companions - in the forms of middle-aged businessmen, women, and ancient warriors - waved to people from the screen and asked how they were doing. Some booths demonstrated how visitors could create their own digital avatars.

On the 26th, Baidu announced its next-generation "Digital Human" technology - AI robots modeled after real people, claiming that they "can think, make decisions, and collaborate." The company recently conducted a 6-hour e-commerce live stream hosted by a "digital human" of a well-known host.

Wu Chenxia, head of Baidu's Digital Human Innovation Business Department, said that over 10,000 enterprises have already adopted this technology.
