Sputnik Moscow, October 12 - The Afghan Defense Ministry announced that it has successfully completed a "retaliatory operation" against Pakistan.

The Afghan Defense Ministry stated in a statement: "In response to Pakistan's repeated incursions into Afghan airspace and air strikes, Afghanistan has carried out a retaliatory operation against the security forces' strongholds in the Durand Line border area."
