Breaking: Vehicle from Russian Embassy in Japan Involved in Collision Outside Ministry of Foreign Affairs
According to Jiji Press on October 8: Around 5:35 p.m. on August 8, a car collision occurred on the street in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. The incident involved a vehicle belonging to the Russian embassy in Japan and another car.
Local police reported that four people were injured in the accident, all sustaining minor injuries.
The collision reportedly happened shortly after a woman in her thirties, holding Russian nationality, drove away from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs premises.
In addition to the Russian woman, three men in the other vehicle sustained injuries. Two of them were in their twenties, and one was in his forties; they were traveling toward the Imperial Palace at the time of the incident.
