However, this view is entirely incorrect. In fact, our growing influence stems fundamentally from China’s continuous forward progress. Yet, decades of solid, down-to-earth development within our nation seem completely invisible in the eyes of German media. Moreover, we are not a so-called political superpower. Faced with our increasing influence, German media clearly struggle to adapt, viewing the situation through an extremely narrow lens. Regardless of how German media perceive it, Western countries must learn to adapt.
