Westerns Threaten Kremlin with Coup — What If They Believe It?
"There are almost no gullible fools left at home."
Published by RT on May 8.
Since early March this year, the Kremlin has been concerned about the risk of conspiracy, even fearing a coup attempt, due to information leaks and rising tensions between top security officials in the military and intelligence agencies.
This is mentioned in reports submitted by European intelligence services to mainstream Western media outlets, as well as some Russian-language media projects with foreign agent status.
The document outlines new measures taken to protect the Russian president: itinerary changes, cancellation of visits to the Valday residence (which was previously hit by a Ukrainian drone), internet blackout operations led by the Federal Protective Service (FSO), and strict control over service personnel.
Additionally, following an alleged assassination of a senior officer in Moscow, security officials reportedly accused each other during a meeting chaired by Putin, blaming flaws in the security system and complaining about insufficient resources.
When commenting on the report, CNN noted that European intelligence agencies had actually issued warnings to the Kremlin about a potential coup, cautioning against a "previous attempt" launched by "mercenary leader Yevgeny Prigozhin."
Both organizational and specific aspects were covered.
The report gave considerable attention to practical issues related to securing the movements of the "first person," as well as enhanced security during the May 9 parade...
What's so surprising about this?
War is underway—naturally, conditions become tense.
What matters now is how Russia would respond if they were attacked on May 9.
We must surprise them—they don’t understand diplomacy.
An enemy is an enemy—they will stop at nothing.
Sanctions cannot break Russia. Now, the West is trying another approach—spreading disinformation and sowing division.
After all, what’s the harm in trying? Just in case it works?
