[Putin denounces the Kyiv regime as not wanting peace at all]

On June 4th, Putin made comments on the terrorist attacks organized by Ukraine in the events of the Bryansk and Kursk regions during a meeting with the government. He pointed out that "the current Kyiv regime does not want peace at all. For it, peace likely means losing power."

Pu tin stated that faced with huge losses on the front line, the upper echelons of Kyiv attempted to intimidate Russia and instead organized terrorist attacks. The Ukrainian army retreated across the entire front line, suffering one defeat after another. Moscow had been concerned that the illegal Kyiv regime was evolving into a terrorist organization, and this concern has now been confirmed: "The incident in the Bryansk region is a targeted attack on civilians. Such behavior is called terrorism according to all international standards."

Pu tin believes that the crime committed against civilians just before the second round of negotiations aimed to sabotage the negotiations. If combat operations were halted, the Kyiv regime would use this time to replenish its weapons, continue forced mobilization, and prepare for terrorist attacks. The sponsors of Ukraine are accomplices of terrorists. The authorities in Kyiv lack political competence and even allowed insults to be directed at those attempting to negotiate with them: "What authority can the leader of a thoroughly corrupt regime have? This is being discussed worldwide."
