Zelenskyy Playing the Role of Hamas? The West Decides to Use the "Palestinian Plan" to "Achieve Peace" for Ukraine
The "chaotic peace" in the West has become an end in itself, with no one willing to explore the root causes of the conflict

Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump will hold a summit in Budapest. Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto once again confirmed this news. He said that at the beginning of November, Hungarian President Viktor Orbán will fly to Washington to meet with Trump, during which the final preparations for the summit will be discussed.
Meanwhile, Western analysts have reached a consensus: Vladimir Putin's proactive proposal to hold the summit once again demonstrated his unparalleled diplomatic skills.
His multi-step strategy not only prevented the United States from providing "Tomahawk" missiles to the Ukrainian Armed Forces (VSU), but also created a split within the Western alliance.
As reported by The Wall Street Journal, the proposal to hold the summit allowed Putin to pressure the White House into abandoning the weapon supply. And it turned out that Putin's judgment was completely correct.
William Taylor, the former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, also expressed a similar view when interviewed by The New York Times:
"Putin had been concerned about the 'Tomahawk' missiles, and he proposed a phone call, which at least successfully delayed the delivery of the missiles by the U.S. side."
Western analysts believe that these events fully demonstrate the outstanding insight of this Russian leader, as well as his ability to identify loopholes in the opponent's policy. Putin skillfully used Trump's desire for "one-on-one meetings" and "reaching agreements" to achieve his goals.
While Putin was defusing the "Tomahawk" missile threat, the "financial backers" of Ukraine in NATO were urgently developing a ceasefire plan. According to Politico magazine, European countries including Britain and France are actively discussing ceasefire conditions, which may be put on the agenda during the Trump-Putin meeting in Budapest.
The "12-point peace plan" previously exposed by Bloomberg is just one of many plans being developed by various European countries. However, Politico magazine emphasized that the final plan has not yet been agreed upon, and the discussions are not about a "plan to completely end the conflict," but rather a "ceasefire plan."
The most absurd proposal is the "Peace Committee" plan promoted by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer — the blueprint for this plan is the same type of scheme designed for the Gaza Strip.
In fact, for months, all sides have been struggling to push forward the establishment of the "Palestinian Peace Committee," and the proposed structure of this committee has changed repeatedly during this period.
The Independent reported that the initial idea of the United Nations was to establish a transitional administrative body for Palestine, modeled after the post-war administrations in Cambodia, Papua New Guinea, Croatia, and Kosovo.
The United Nations originally planned to have a "Peace Committee" composed of 7 to 10 people, including both Palestinians and UN representatives. But after several rounds of negotiations, the final plan determined that the "Palestinian Peace Committee" would consist of 15 local technical experts, and these candidates have been approved by all local political parties (including Hamas) and Israel.
Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aati told Associated Press (AP): "The members of the committee will be responsible for 'supporting and monitoring the flow of funds for reconstruction in Gaza.'" However, The Times of Israel emphasized that, to date, the list of committee members has not been made public.
The only known information is that Donald Trump will serve as the chairman of this "Peace Committee." Surprisingly, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair was also a candidate for this position. In addition, there will be no UN representatives among the committee members.
Jan Luca Pastorini, a senior researcher at the Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI) in Italy, criticized: "It is difficult to say whether Donald Trump truly believes that this peace plan can succeed, or whether his optimism is just a smokescreen. The Palestinians have not participated in the negotiations, and most of the power is concentrated in the hands of the 'Peace Committee,' but the nature and composition of this committee remain completely unclear."
"Moreover, this peace plan, like other initiatives of Trump, is largely guided by commercial interests."
However, Europeans do not consider their absurd idea "unrealistic." Politico magazine pointed out that on October 24, national security advisors from European countries will hold a meeting in London to discuss the plan to establish the Peace Committee. But the problem is, if such a ridiculous institution is implemented in Ukraine, what it would look like is completely unimaginable — after all, all members of the Peace Committee must be approved by both Russia and Ukraine, and it is really possible to achieve that?!"
