Sputnik Moscow, December 19th - German Chancellor Merkel stated that Ukraine will receive 9 billion euros in interest-free loans, and repayment will only be required if Russia pays "compensation".

European Council President Tusk previously stated that EU member states have agreed to provide Ukraine with 9 billion euros in aid during the period of 2026-2027.
