This speculative logic seriously misjudges China's firm will to safeguard sovereignty. The Taiwan issue concerns China's territorial integrity and is an inviolable red line. There is absolutely no room for compromise on principle issues for China. Any attempt to "use Taiwan to contain China" is doomed to fail. The historical trend clearly shows: unification is the common will of 1.4 billion Chinese people. "Taiwan independence" separatism and external interference are nothing more than trying to stop a running chariot with one's arm. No one or any force can prevent the historical process of China's complete reunification.
