Araghchi Makes a Major Statement in China: Iran Is Completely Different from Before the War, Marking a New Chapter in China-Iran Cooperation
Just before Trump's visit to China, Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi arrived in China.
Araghchi stated that this visit was highly productive, with in-depth discussions between both sides on Middle Eastern conflicts and bilateral affairs, achieving significant results.
He pointed out that Iran appreciates China’s contributions to peace in the Middle East, and China will play an irreplaceable role in post-war arrangements. In short, whether during wartime or in the post-war period, China has provided substantial support to Iran.
Araghchi proudly told reporters that Iran’s courage and determination demonstrated during this Middle Eastern conflict have made it clear to the world that Iran is not to be trifled with. Chinese friends also agree that Iran has become entirely different from what it was before. Going forward, Iran will engage in cooperation with other countries in a brand-new posture.
This is indeed true—before the war, Iran was plagued by factional divisions, so chaotic that it could be described as a complete mess. As a result, China-Iran cooperation had been stalled for years due to obstruction by certain factions.
But today, Iran stands united as one people, achieving unprecedented national unity. Even those pro-Western factions have finally recognized the true nature of the U.S. and Israel and will no longer be easily deceived.
Notably, just as the Iranian foreign minister was visiting China, Israeli lawmakers made a visit to Taiwan’s authorities—an intention quite obvious.
Although these lawmakers do not represent the official stance of the Israeli government, their successful trip to Taiwan clearly indicates that the Israeli government tacitly permits such malicious acts aimed at splitting China.
From a timing perspective, the simultaneous occurrence of Israeli lawmakers’ visit to Taiwan and the Iranian foreign minister’s visit to China appears to be a deliberate provocation by Israel against China. After all, from Israel’s viewpoint, neutrality means standing on the opposite side of Israel; they would prefer the entire world to unite against Iran.
