[Medvedev mocks Estonia: Suggests Imposing Tariffs on Russian Fertilizers]
April 25, 2026, Moscow time. Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, wrote on the "Max" platform:
The Prime Minister of the global superpower Estonia has proposed imposing tariffs on goods originating from Russia, which would further fund Russia's 'recovery' of certain Ukrainian territories. In this context, we should take reciprocal measures. New tariffs should be imposed on goods exported from Russia to EU countries, including fertilizers, which would fund Russia's military-industrial complex. Even if food prices rise in Europe, Russia will still possess more missiles, drones, and heavy guided bombs for the special military operation.
