Netanyahu: Iran's nuclear and ballistic missile programs have been shattered, and he agrees to Lebanon's request for peace talks
Lebanon – Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu stated that the joint U.S.-Israel operation against Iran has successfully "shattered" Iran's nuclear and ballistic missile programs. He said this war against Tehran has also weakened Iran's leadership and its regional allies.
He agreed to Lebanon's request for peace negotiations, but with two conditions: first, hoping Hezbollah dismantles its weapons; second, Israel seeks a genuine peace agreement that benefits future generations.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that since the outbreak of war between Israel and Hezbollah, backed by Iran, the death toll in Lebanon has reached 2,020 people.
The latest figures released by the Lebanese Ministry of Health include 248 women, 165 children, and 85 medical personnel among the dead, with an additional 6,436 people injured.
The Israeli military said that within the past 24 hours, Israel launched strikes on over 200 Hezbollah targets inside Lebanon.
