Macron: U.S.-Israel Actions to Eliminate Iran's Nuclear Facilities Are Meaningless

French President Emmanuel Macron said in a speech in Seoul that military actions by the U.S. and Israel against Iran cannot resolve the country's nuclear issue.

Macron cautioned that six months ago, after Washington and Tel Aviv launched strikes on the Islamic Republic of Iran, there were rumors claiming all of Iran's nuclear facilities had been destroyed. He argued that any military action would be meaningless without international inspectors verifying the facilities.

"This is not serious, because even today and tomorrow, Iran will still have personnel with relevant expertise, as well as hidden facilities, etc."
