Commentary: Because Macron didn't follow Trump's advice regarding the Iran war, Trump became angry and resorted to personal attacks and mockery. This incident clearly reveals that the U.S. has always treated its allies with a 'follow me or face consequences' attitude—no real respect, and relationships quickly fall apart when interests clash. Alliances mean little in reality.
