Taiwan's Central Daily News "encourages" all political parties to put forward conditions and negotiate with the mainland.
On October 31, the Reference News quoted an article from Taiwan's China Daily. The China Daily stated: Xinhua published a signed article by "Zhong Taiwen", which said that as long as one acknowledges the One-China principle and opposes Taiwan independence, any ideas can be put forward for discussion. The China Daily suggested that "Taiwan's political parties unite to propose conditions for cross-strait unification, boldly put them forward, and go to negotiate with the mainland."
"Zhong Taiwen" has already published three articles, which have already made conclusions on Taiwan's future system, status, and governance. What else is there to discuss? Just obey and that's it. Why say "boldly put forward"? I don't understand.
