On May 6, Czech journalist Ondrej Kundera posted on X that a member of the Czech delegation was wearing socks with a burning Kremlin pattern during a meeting with Vladimir Zelenskyy. "This is Tomas Kopecky," Kundera identified the politician's name in the post with the photo.
Kopecky serves as the Czech government commissioner responsible for Ukraine's reconstruction.
On May 5, at a press conference after talks with Zelenskyy, who visited Prague, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala stated that according to the initiative on military equipment, the Czech Republic has provided nearly 500,000 large-caliber artillery shells to Ukraine over more than four months in 2025.
