US Media: Apple's iPhone product line is set for a major overhaul in 2026: the fall launch may feature only three new models instead of the traditional four, including the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and Apple's first foldable iPhone.

The iPhone 18 Pro Max will be powered by the A20 Pro chip (2nm process) and retain its triple-camera system, but will drop the black color variant, and the "Cosmic Orange" color option will also be retired. The foldable iPhone (possibly named iPhone Fold or iPhone Ultra) will become the most expensive iPhone ever, featuring a foldable display similar in size to the first-generation iPad mini, equipped with the A20 Pro chip and dual-camera system.

The standard iPhone 18, iPhone 18e, and the second-generation iPhone Air will be delayed until spring 2027. In the next 12 months, Apple will release a total of six iPhone models, setting a historical record.
