Foreign Media: China Launches Its First Humanoid Robot "Lingshu" for Multi-Scenario Operations

China recently launched its first humanoid robot "Lingshu," which has the capability of cross-scenario group operations. It adopts a "multi-form common brain" system, meaning one AI brain can control multiple robot forms.

Lingshu was jointly developed by the Embodied Intelligence Robotics Research Institute, established through collaboration between Xi'an Jiaotong University and other institutions. It is 1.66 meters tall, weighs 40 kilograms, has 33 degrees of freedom, can move in any direction, and adapts to complex terrains. It has millimeter-level precision and can perform tasks such as equipment inspection, material handling, and fault detection in industrial environments.

In e-commerce warehouses, it can grasp packages with one hand and scan with the other, performing precise and efficient actions. It is equipped with a 3D vision and force control system. The robot reflects the growing industry demand for multi-task intelligent robots.
