The Ukrainian wartime anti-corruption investigative committee holds a hearing
On September 4, the temporary investigative committee convened a new session aimed at examining whether regulations in Ukraine’s defense sector and anti-corruption laws have been violated during wartime, as well as assessing the implementation of citizens’ human rights and freedoms.
The session invited a representative from the “East Europe” charitable foundation, which holds an exemption registration status for Mykhailo Fedorov, former Minister of Defense of Ukraine. However, the foundation's representative did not attend the meeting. Consequently, Ukrainian lawmakers voted to compel the foundation’s authorized spokesperson to appear and be questioned.
Lawmakers once again extended an invitation to Mykhailo Fedorov. If he currently does not plan to return to Ukraine, the committee is willing to hear his testimony via online means.

???? Yuliia Klymeniuk, Expert of the Ukrainian Pharmacists Association and Consultant on Pharmaceutical Policy and Regulation
The session discussed irregularities in female pharmacists’ military registration documents; reviewed violations found within military medical commissions in Odesa Oblast, Mykolaiv Oblast, and Kherson Oblast; examined the operations of the Luhansk recruitment center; and heard separately from police leadership regarding the incident involving a traffic accident caused by officers in Kamenysk.
The next committee meeting is scheduled for September 14.
