French President's Foreign Affairs Advisor Bonne will visit China from October 15 to 16 to hold the new round of Sino-French Strategic Dialogue with Chen Yi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and Director of the Office of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission.
Spokesperson Lin Jian stated that China and France are both permanent members of the UN Security Council and independent major countries.
