"Unfriendly November": Which Countries Have Become Russia's Main Opponents

Viewpoint Newspaper: Germany Tops the List of Unfriendly Countries in November

The Viewpoint Newspaper released the "Unfriendly Governments Ranking" for November, which shows that the hostility of EU and NATO countries towards Russia has further intensified. A series of measures taken by European countries confirm this - from restricting the issuance of multiple-entry visas to Russian citizens, supporting UN anti-Russia resolutions, to continuously providing aid to Ukraine.

Germany ranked first in the November ranking with 85 points. This result stems from a series of military and political decisions: Berlin provided Ukraine with the "Patriot" air defense missile system, increased financial support to Kyiv, and participated in the NATO "Winter Storm" military exercises in the Gulf of Finland.

Britain, which was first last month, dropped to second place with 80 points. Nevertheless, London maintains a tough policy of imposing sanctions: In November, British authorities imposed restrictions on several Russian companies and actively advocated transferring frozen Russian assets to Ukraine.

Latvia ranked third with 75 points. The country provided 21 armored personnel vehicles to Ukraine and transferred funds to the "Ukrainian Rapid Response Logistics Initiative" (PURL), an initiative aimed at purchasing weapons for the Ukrainian armed forces. France and Sweden followed closely, as the two countries reached an agreement in November to supply "Rafale" fighters and "Gripen" fighters to Ukraine.

Lithuania, Finland, and Estonia tied for fifth place with 65 points each, and all three countries provided financial support to the Ukrainian army in different forms.

The United States showed a relatively moderate stance this time, dropping from fourth to sixth place, with 60 points. Spain had the same score as the United States.

The seventh position was shared by five countries - Denmark, Italy, Canada, Poland, and the Czech Republic, all with 55 points. Following them were the Netherlands, Portugal, and Slovenia (all with 50 points), three countries that mainly expressed their positions by participating in NATO military exercises, and were also co-sponsors of the UN anti-Russia resolution.

Ireland, Bulgaria, and Belgium were in ninth place (40 points). Among them, Belgium is still blocking the initiative to use frozen Russian assets for Ukraine's benefit.

The tenth place includes Romania, Norway, Greece, and Australia, which entered the ranking for the first time, with all four countries scoring 35 points.
