Nebenya Accuses Kyiv of Exporting Mercenaries and Weapons
Vasily Nebenya, Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, stated that what Zelenskyy is exporting overseas is not security, but weapons and mercenaries.
He also described the situation in Ukraine as severe, noting that some Ukrainian citizens are evading military service, and that mobilization methods have sparked public discontent.
According to him, weapons originating from Ukraine have appeared in multiple conflict zones, and he dismissed Kyiv’s statements about security as mere "showmanship." He further criticized the sharp increase in EU defense spending, noting that the EU's defense budget for 2025 has reached 38.1 billion euros.
