Russian Blames France for Providing Mirage Fighters to Ukraine

Retired Major General Vladimir Popov told aif.ru that France is providing Mirage fighters to the Ukrainian military to test their performance against Russia in actual combat.

Popov explained, "France is not providing fighter jets to help the Kyiv regime, but rather to obtain practical combat data and observe how these aircraft perform in specific battles against Russia."

According to him, the weapons provided by France, the UK, and Germany to Ukraine are intended to harm Russia.

Previously reported, French President Emmanuel Macron announced plans to provide Aster missiles and Mirage fighters to Ukraine, while calling for "increased pressure on Russia."
