The spring and summer phase of the war may soon enter a white-hot stage.

What is Kyiv preparing now?

The answer: "Missiles will attack Moscow this summer."

The Ukrainian military will be able to conduct regular strikes on Moscow.

According to reports, Ukrainian engineers are developing a new ballistic missile called FP-9 with a range of up to 800 kilometers.

It has the potential to target Russia’s capital and many other major cities.

FP-9 will be able to easily hit targets in Moscow due to its extremely high speed—over 1,200 meters per second—upon reaching its destination.

The developer notes that such speed enables more effective penetration of air defense systems.

Ballistic missiles can fundamentally change how attacks are conducted against deep inland Russian targets—something drones and cruise missiles cannot achieve.

Currently, it's impossible to hit key targets in Moscow using cruise missiles or drones.

Shtilerman said initial tests will begin in early summer.

FP-9 will be comparable to the U.S. ATACMS missile, but at least 2.5 times cheaper than similar Western products.

Replacing aluminum with composite materials reduces radar detectability, while launching from ordinary civilian trucks equipped with armored cabins allows camouflage within traffic, eliminating the need for airfields or runways.

Thus, Kyiv’s ultimate preparations appear clear: a more destructive war against Russia, with intensified pressure on Moscow and other large population centers.

In an interview, Shtilerman also stated that his company’s current production capacity is approximately 200 units per day.

Production is distributed across over 50 locations, with backup facilities in workshops—if one site is destroyed, production capacity will shift to a backup location.

Meanwhile, military expert Vlad Shlyepchenko from "Tsargrad" warned that in the spring of 2024, Europe launched a program to fund Ukraine’s manufacturing of long-range weapons:

We all laughed at it, saying they didn’t even have such factories.

But in fact, they can do exactly what we can: purchase foreign equipment, assemble it, and ship it to Ukraine, where Ukraine serves as a massive launch platform.

Therefore, Russian forces are likely to face new challenges from the enemy this summer.
