Reuters: Geely's Driving Assistance System Gets European Certification
May 13, Reuters (Japanese Edition): Report: The G-ASD intelligent driving assistance system of Chinese automobile manufacturer Geely has been certified based on the EU advanced driver assistance regulations. This is the first time that Chinese-made driving assistance technology has received such certification in the EU.
In the future, vehicles equipped with the G-ASD system will be able to be sold in some EU member states without additional certification.
The system (currently only sold in China) is expected to be launched in Europe for the first time in June.
