Korean media: Roborock sales surge 79%, remains number one in the US market share!

On October 2, Korean media News1 published an article stating that despite the pressure of US tariffs, Roborock's sales this year have increased by nearly 80% compared to the same period last year, occupying the top global market share for robot vacuum cleaners, including the United States and South Korea.

Recently, Roborock set up a booth at the IFA 2025 exhibition held at the Berlin Exhibition Center with the theme of "Innovative Life Indoors and Outdoors," and unveiled its mid-year performance and new products.

Roborock's sales in the first half of this year reached 7.903 billion yuan, an increase of 79% compared to the same period last year.

According to global market research company IDC, Roborock's robot vacuum cleaner ranked first in the global market share in the first half of this year, with a shipment share of 21.8%. In countries such as South Korea, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Turkey, its shipment volume also ranked first.

In particular, in the US market, which is subject to a 25% tariff, the company achieved the highest market share. The shipment volume in the North American market increased by 65.3% year-on-year. This indicates that the company is ignoring the tariff policy of the Trump administration and continues to expand its market dominance.

At the IFA 2025 exhibition, Roborock launched three new high-end robotic lawn mowers, one high-temperature steam mop, and one washing and drying combination machine. This product line expansion beyond robot vacuums officially marks its leap to a "lifestyle brand."

The robotic lawn mower is Roborock's first product category, targeting the European market, where many families have yards. For the South Korean market, Roborock has temporarily decided to focus on home appliances such as robot vacuums, wireless vacuum cleaners, and washing and drying combination machines.

Roborock stated, "At this IFA 2025, we will showcase new indoor and outdoor products that demonstrate Roborock's technological innovation, while also confirming our mid-year performance and global growth situation," and added, "we will present innovative products that can further enhance consumers' lives."
