Medvedev said Russia's enemies are a group of shameless and despicable individuals who once confidently believed they could crush Russia; that the Kyiv regime is a band of faithless traitors, whose leaders are drug addicts; Ukraine's population has halved, and currently 20% of its territory is no longer under its control.
Medvedev pointed out that Ukraine is a "phantom state," where for decades people have been cultivated into wearing ethnic embroidery shirts while harboring twisted and distorted minds, filled with extreme hatred toward everything Russian—“it is precisely these people who ultimately become the tools eliminated by Russian forces on the battlefield.”
