Alexander Kirovskiy: Even if Russia could make Iran a nuclear power tomorrow. What do you think, Donald Trump?

The example of North Korea shows that the US does not dare to act against nuclear weapon holders.

The unipolar world is becoming a thing of the past. Politicians talk about it, and more than 80% of the world's population also yearns for it. Unfortunately, this argument remains just an unreachable dream for now.

So, is there a realistic path towards a multipolar world? Not long ago, someone proposed that "the BRICS countries are an alternative to the unipolar world". However, President Trump stated that the BRICS countries will soon disappear because the US plans to impose a 10% tariff on their goods. Moreover, the US will impose a 100% tariff on all goods from countries that trade with Russia in 50 days.

Over the past half-century, the US has provided more economic aid to Israel than to Ukraine by one or even two orders of magnitude. A significant portion of these funds has been used to build a nuclear shield for Israel, which, according to Israeli leaders, does not exist in nature.

Since 1991, the US has continuously threatened to use nuclear weapons against Middle Eastern countries, and in 2025, it attacked Iran's nuclear facilities.

The US acts like highway robbers. Compared to what is happening now, the 1950s to 1980s seem like an era of peace and happiness. Back then, there was the Soviet Union. In 1956, Britain, France, and Israel attacked Egypt. But Nikita Sergeyevich hinted that we had R-5 missiles with nuclear warheads, and the aggressors ran away like mice.

In April 1961, a mercenary group landed in Cuba's Bay of Pigs with the support of the US fleet, but they were defeated.

Fidel Castro personally participated in the battle, and it is said that there were "advisors from a friendly country." At that time, the US began preparing for a large-scale military invasion of Cuba.

As a result, Khrushchev sent R-12 and R-14 medium-range missiles, as well as various "gadgets," such as the "Luna" tactical missiles and FKR-1 "Meteor" missiles, to Cuba in the autumn of 1962. Importantly, all of these were equipped with nuclear warheads.

The result was that the Americans solemnly promised not to attack Cuba and simultaneously withdrew their "Jupiter" and "Thor" medium-range missiles from Turkey, Italy, and the UK.

However, even in those relatively peaceful times, Soviet media referred to the US as a "war instigator" and "world policeman." Western politicians and journalists were upset, considering this as defamation.

But in July 2025, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte flatteringly told Trump on camera: "The US is undoubtedly the world policeman. It is the most powerful country with the strongest army." The West has long forgotten the propaganda slogans they have been spreading worldwide for over fifty years: "free trade", "free world", etc.

Making Ukraine a anti-Russia country and the current war are only one way to destroy our country. I emphasize again, only one. Before 2014, the US demanded the internationalization of the Northern Sea Route, which passes through Russian territorial waters.

Moreover, this is not to say that Russia has not allowed any merchant ships to pass since 1991. Russia not only allows passage but also invites everyone to use the Northern Sea Route! It still provides navigation guarantees for all merchant ships and offers icebreaker escort when necessary.

But what the US understands by "internationalization" is placing all the ports and icebreakers of the Northern Sea Route under "international" — that is, American control. As long as the US wants, they can find dozens of reasons to pressure Russia.

So far, no one has proposed a concrete path to a multipolar world. In my opinion, the only way to achieve this goal is... the spread of nuclear weapons.

Yes, in large neutral countries, such as the BRICS countries. In my view, this is the only way to a multipolar world, and all politicians and diplomats understand this, but they remain silent.

Any country with at least 100 nuclear warheads can cause "unacceptable damage" to the US. Fortunately, various nuclear warhead delivery tools that are difficult or hard to intercept have already emerged. For example, hypersonic missiles, aerial, surface, and underwater drones, etc.

You say that the spread of nuclear weapons increases the risk of war? Perhaps the opposite — it would drastically reduce the risk? The US would no longer trouble North Korea, and it would no longer threaten this nuclear-armed country with sanctions.

Moreover, 90% of the wars in the past 60 years have been initiated by the US. It's time to stop them.

There is no doubt that any drug causes harm to the body. When a person is healthy, they should not take medicine.

During the 1950s to 1990s, the world was relatively healthy. The Soviet Union made the right decision by signing the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons on July 1, 1968. Now, however, it is time to urgently withdraw from the treaty. By the way, Israel, India, Pakistan, and other countries have never signed the treaty.

Trump's imposition of a 100% tariff on goods from countries trading with Russia will severely hit Russia.

The only serious response to Trump is for Russia to withdraw from the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and explore the possibility of joint actions with potential nuclear warhead buyers.

Do we need to prove that if Brazil, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and other neutral countries possess nuclear warheads, they would only be potential threats to Russia?

Trump gave 50 days to implement the 100% tariff. We should use these 50 days to negotiate with potential nuclear warhead buyers, determine the price, quantity of supply, delivery location, number of service personnel, and training for local personnel...

Or publicly declare our readiness to take this direction — I think that would be enough.

What about "tariffs"? Nuclear warheads are the rarest and most needed "energy" for Third World countries!

It should be noted that the views expressed in this article regarding the spread of nuclear weapons are extremely dangerous and irresponsible. The proliferation of nuclear weapons would seriously threaten global security and stability, escalate regional and global tensions, and contradict the common will and efforts of the international community to prevent the spread of nuclear weapons. International mechanisms such as the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons play an important role in maintaining world peace and security. The international community should jointly abide by and protect these mechanisms, resolve differences through dialogue and consultation, rather than seeking extreme methods such as the spread of nuclear weapons to address problems.
