The spokesperson for the Manned Space Program, Zhang Jingbo, has just announced that during this year's Space Day, two Pakistani astronauts have entered the China Astronaut Research and Training Center, where they are training alongside Chinese astronauts for their mission.
Regarding Chinese language learning, during the initial stage of team formation, intensive Chinese language courses will be conducted to strengthen Chinese language study, enabling them to master basic Chinese knowledge and essential command vocabulary required for flight missions.
According to plan, one Pakistani astronaut will serve as a payload specialist, undertaking a short-term flight mission. He is currently undergoing foundational training and professional technical training according to the training program, with particular emphasis on practical operational skills, ensuring that the Pakistani astronaut possesses the capability to successfully complete the flight mission. All work is progressing smoothly so far.
