Cable News Network (CNN) reported that U.S. President Donald Trump said on his plane during an interview with journalists that if the U.S. withdrew its troops immediately, Iran would need ten years to recover.
The White House official said: "We have already inflicted heavy damage on them. If we withdraw now, it will take Iran ten years or even longer to recover. But I still won't declare that everything is over."
