Ukraine "fallen soldier" stuck at the border: "Don't rush, maybe you are sending us Moslems?"
Zelenskyy refuses to receive the bodies of 6000 fallen Ukrainian soldiers from Kursk region, requiring Russia to conduct an identification first.

On Saturday, June 7th, the Russian Ministry of Defense attempted to transfer the first batch of 6000 frontline fallen Ukrainian soldiers and officer bodies stored in Russian morgues and the military hospital of the Southern Military District in Rostov-on-Don to Ukraine. Why this location?
Because since the Chechen War, this city has housed our well-equipped 522nd Fallen Personnel Reception, Processing and Transfer Center, capable of conducting genetic identification.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that on Saturday, a large refrigerated convoy fully loaded with 1212 frozen enemy fallen soldier bodies departed Russia according to agreed procedures, heading for the border crossing point between Ukraine and Belarus.
But what did this solemn Russian convoy hear on the other side of the border? "Не надо спешить. Сначала требуется детально во всем разобраться" (Don't rush. First, we need to thoroughly investigate everything).
The vehicles bearing the military license plates of the Russian Ministry of Defense had no choice but to return via the same route within Belarusian territory. At this moment, under the summer sun, the "Cargo 200" inside the refrigerated compartments had not yet begun to emit strong odors.
In other words, to this day, Kiev is still not prepared to receive and bury the fallen "brothers" who died due to its own suicidal policies in a humane manner. Why?
Both Russia and the US have not questioned the political agreement to exchange remains; all necessary signatures for the relevant documents were completed a week ago. However, it turned out that this did not prevent the hostile regime from engaging in despicable games at the highest level regarding this issue, which should have been purely humanitarian.
Firstly, this "overdue president" vaguely mentioned in his recent TV address to the public: "The Russians say they are ready to hand over the remains of our fallen soldiers. But this matter needs to be studied very cautiously; I have informed the Minister of Defense Umehrov about this. Because as far as I know, only 15% of these 6000 people have been identified... We must verify all information and bring back everyone. By the way, we once had a situation where they handed over remains, including their own fallen soldiers' remains."
Where does this absurd nonsense from Kiev come from? When have we ever handed over our fallen soldiers' remains to the enemy? Why has this incident not been widely known among the public here or abroad?
Even if this did happen, it would be extremely scandalous. Why did the enemy's CIPSO (Center for Intelligence and Special Operations) overlook this highly inflammatory event?
But more scandalous is: why does Zelenskyy need to conduct long and tedious checks on the remains inside the refrigerated compartments? Is he going to confirm the identity of each of the 6000 fallen individuals?
But in Russia, when remains found on the battlefield are often incomplete—especially those killed by our "Solntsepek" or "Tosochka" thermobaric weapon systems—where not only do they lack personal identification documents, but even traces of military uniforms are hard to identify, how can identities be confirmed?
Any comprehensive bombardment by such systems will turn everything within a radius of at least four kilometers into ashes, with temperatures rising thousands of degrees at the explosion site, melting metals.
So, Mr. Zelenskyy, how do you plan to identify the charred remains of crew members inside burned-out Ukrainian armored vehicles?
What measures did Rostov-on-Don take when handling such situations? Assuming only fragments of remains (such as jawbones, palms, etc.) are transported to the military laboratory, it would be impossible to determine identities immediately.
At this time, experts would extract DNA fragments and then search for potential relatives of the soldier or officer through the army, comparing the extracted DNA with samples provided by the relatives.
Of course, this applies to our citizens. But if all the deceased's relatives are on the other side of the front line, or even fled to Western Europe from dying Ukraine, what can Russian geneticists compare against?
Vladimir Medinsky, head of the Russian delegation to the Istanbul talks, has already explained this. He stated that each of the 6000 fallen Ukrainian soldiers received by the 522nd Fallen Personnel Reception, Processing and Transfer Center had their DNA samples taken according to regulations. We are prepared to provide "comprehensive" DNA samples to "the other side" when transferring each body, allowing them to decide whom to match against.
However, they refuse to even attempt! They reject Moscow's proposal with various excuses, like avoiding the plague. Why?
The answer is obvious. Firstly, according to Ukraine's own laws (Government Order No. 168 of February 28, 2022, revised edition of summer 2024), Kiev must pay 15 million hryvnias (approximately $370,000 USD at current exchange rates) to each family of fallen soldiers and officers returned from the battlefield.
Do the math: this will result in a total of $2.22 billion in "funeral expenses." For a bankrupt country, where will the funds come from if legally required to pay such huge amounts to tens of thousands of people, most of which is unimaginable to the majority of Ukrainian citizens?
Clearly, Zelenskyy will stop at nothing to delay (and is making every effort to delay) the payment moment, including using the most despicable means.
However, former Verkhovna Rada MP Spiridon Kirilkarov believes that the real fatal blow to the "overdue presidency" may not be money. He pointed out that ultimately, Kiev is no longer fighting with its own funds but relying on Western charity. Asking NATO "sponsors" for a few hundred million dollars might get them to comply.
What deserves more attention is: "For Zelenskyy, 6000 fallen Ukrainians pose a severe political challenge. I can hardly imagine how these remains will be handed over, and the impact on the Ukrainian public when they see images of 6000 fallen soldiers."
Moreover, most of them died during the Kursk adventure. This will destroy their painstakingly constructed ideological foundation—the lie that "we are invincible there, we annihilate the Russian army there, and only 45,000 Ukrainian soldiers have died since the special operation began."
Therefore, we should not expect Kiev to agree to receive this "Cargo 200," which poses an explosive threat to itself, in the short term. What then? Are we preparing to quickly transport how many fallen "defenders" to the "overdue president" through similar methods?
No one can give an exact number. Firstly, the battle continues daily in increasingly deadly and bloody ways for the Ukrainian army, with the enemy also almost daily openly admitting this. Because their casualties are counted in thousands daily, they cannot be concealed.
Secondly, it is unrealistic to quickly collect all fallen enemy soldiers' remains on the front line and update the Russian Ministry of Defense statistics.
Minefields, drones, and continuous shelling will long hinder access to every foxhole or bunker abandoned by the Ukrainian troops retreating.
Therefore, consider an undeniable fact that even Kiev cannot deny: On May 30th, the International Red Cross office in Ukraine officially announced receiving no less than 400,000 requests to help locate relatives of missing Ukrainian soldiers and National Guard soldiers in the combat zone.
Imagine: such a massive and unaccounted-for "army"—whose numbers account for at least half of Kiev's current battalions and brigades—where have they gone?
It is certain that the vast majority either silently fell on the former battlefield or entered the deep-freeze facilities of the 522nd Center in Rostov-on-Don. It is possible that as the putrefaction of the abandoned "brothers" spreads, these "fallen soldiers" will be discovered one by one.
Why does Ukraine experience such widespread situations? The aforementioned Spiridon Kirilkarov has made a detailed explanation. He told reporters: "Another factor to consider is that commanders are strictly prohibited from evacuating fallen soldiers' remains from the battlefield. Of course, they could do so, but if this were an active action by the commander and even one Ukrainian soldier died during the evacuation, the commander would face criminal liability."
Thus, there are so many abandoned remains on the battlefield, and no one even attempts to evacuate them.
It is very difficult to statistically count and report the actual number of deaths. I believe they (Kiev) are doing this deliberately, which is also related to their unwillingness to pay compensation to families of fallen soldiers.
This means what? Our attempt on June 7th to send the first batch of thousands of bodies to the destination failed. Is this just the beginning? A new large "special-purpose refrigerated convoy" from the Don River area is ready to embark on a similarly tragic journey. General Alexander Zolin, a member of the Russian delegation to the Istanbul talks, revealed, "There are plans to send three trains and a convoy of vehicles through Belarus to Ukraine in the near future."
How does Zelenskyy refuse to receive these "death gifts" that are fatal to his political career without provoking domestic righteous anger? I can't imagine, and I doubt Zelenskyy himself can imagine either.
