Japanese Media: Sales of the Three Major Japanese Car Brands in China Continue to Decline in August

Nissan saw a year-on-year decline of 51.9%, with sales reaching 28,275 units. Honda sold 26,749 units, down 49.9%. Toyota sold 118,400 units, a decrease of 22.8%.
Nissan has seen declining sales for five consecutive months. Honda has been experiencing a sales slump for 31 consecutive months. Toyota's sales have declined for seven consecutive months.
In China’s new car market, Toyota’s electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles (HV) accounted for 71.7% of total sales, reaching over 70%.
