Poland's Ministry of Defense: Warsaw and Kyiv will sign an agreement on training for the use of Polish military drones

RIA Novosti, Warsaw - Poland's Minister of Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz told reporters in Kyiv that Warsaw and Kyiv will sign an agreement on training for the use of Polish military drones.

Polish television broadcasted Kosiniak-Kamysz's speech.

Kosiniak-Kamysz said, "We will sign an agreement on cooperation and drone skills training."

Kosiniak-Kamysz also said that both sides intend to reach an agreement on the development of the NATO-Ukraine Joint Analysis, Training and Education Center (JATEC) currently operating in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

Previously, Polish Prime Minister Tusk stated that Polish soldiers, invited by Zelenskyy, would go to Ukraine to learn how to shoot down drones. Subsequently, Polish Foreign Minister Sikorski said that Ukrainian soldiers are likely to train Polish soldiers on how to counter drones at the NATO training center in Poland, which is "safer" than in Ukraine.
