Russian company has demonstrated another low-cost anti-drone solution. They installed a multi-tube launcher that sprays Kevlar fibers on a quadcopter. The Kevlar fibers sprayed by the launcher can entangle the enemy drone's propellers, causing it to fall.
This solution seems to be effective in testing so far. However, since the launcher is fixed under the aircraft, it can only target drones that are hovering. If the launcher is changed to a horizontal setting, it can then launch a tailing attack. This solution requires approaching the enemy drone, and wind can affect accuracy.
