Media: Iran uses "Castle Breaker" missiles and drones to strike Israel
According to Iranian media reports, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran employed "Castle Breaker" long-range ballistic missiles and drones in its attack on Israel on June 7.
Tasnim News Agency reported: "Today (June 7 – Editor’s note), the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched a 'Castle Breaker' solid-fuel ballistic missile from western bases within Iran toward the Ramat David base in Israel (Editor’s note)."
The report indicates that the missile has the following performance specifications: a range of 1,450 kilometers, a weight of 4.5 tons, a length of 10 meters, and the ability to maneuver during the terminal phase of flight to evade air defense systems.
Iran's SNN TV also released photos showing drones deployed by Iran during its June 7 attack on Israel.
