According to Russian media reports, on the 7th local time, Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan stated that joining the European Union is Yerevan's unshakable strategic goal. However, in order to safeguard national interests, Armenia will continue to strengthen ties with the Eurasian Economic Union while further advancing its alignment with Europe, and will steadily promote bilateral cooperation with member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, including Russia.

Pashinyan pointed out during a press conference held on the same day that Armenia is striving to enhance economic cooperation with the EU. At the same time, we remain committed to consolidating friendly relations with the Eurasian Economic Union, maintaining close ties in areas such as energy and agricultural product exports.
