【By Observer News, Zhang Jingjuan】According to China Central Television (CCTV) news, US President Trump arrived in Scotland, UK on the 25th, starting a five-day visit.
At the "Trump Turnberry Resort" located in the County of Ayr, Trump spent a weekend. When the White House press corps and other authorized personnel were exploring the resort, an English media photographer found that some items sold in the newly opened gift shop would typically be subject to high tariffs if sold in the United States.
These items include hats with the words "TRUMP" and "USA" printed on them, as well as teddy bears wearing sweaters with the word "TRUMP". At the bottom of a set of gilded playing cards, there was a prominent "Made in China" (Made in China) label.
The resort's shopping website states that the products for sale are only available to American customers. The website also boasts that the resort has one of the largest golf equipment stores in Europe.

Trump has repeatedly accused China of so-called unfair trade practices that "steal" American jobs, and has repeatedly emphasized the importance of "Made in America." However, the demand for Chinese goods by American businesses and consumers remains unchanged, and products related to Trump have been frequently exposed as being made in China.
American actor and blogger Walter Masterson previously posted a video on social media showing his visit to the Trump Tower. The video showed that almost all the products in the store selling Trump campaign memorabilia at the Trump Tower were marked as "Made in China."
Last year, a "patriotic edition" of the Bible co-branded by Trump was exposed to be printed and shipped from China. Records from a global trade data tracking platform show that a printing company in Hangzhou, China, delivered three batches totaling nearly 120,000 Bibles to the United States between early February and mid-March this year. The customs clearance labels for these shipments were "God Bless America" and "Bible." The company's sales representative confirmed that these three batches of goods were the "God Bless the USA Bible" (God Bless the USA Bible) that Trump began promoting in March.
The total value of these three batches of goods is approximately $342,000, which is less than $3 per copy. However, the lowest price of Trump's "God Bless the USA Bible" is $59.99 per copy, while the "limited signed edition" of Trump's Bible is priced as high as $1,000 per copy, with the minimum potential revenue around $7 million.
Last month, Trump again entered the communications market through his family business, the Trump Organization, with a "golden phone." This phone, named "T1," is priced at $499 (approximately RMB 3,582), and claims to be made in the United States.
Todd Weaver, CEO of Purism, the only domestic mobile phone manufacturer in the United States, said at the time that if the Trump phone promised a price of $499 and was produced domestically, it would look like a typical fake gimmick.
Later, US media found that the Trump Organization had deleted the description of "Made in America" from its official sales website, replacing it with "designs that make Americans proud" and "born in the United States."

Regarding the tariff war and trade war initiated by the US side, the Chinese side has long clearly pointed out that such a contest has no winners, protectionism has no way out, and decoupling will only isolate oneself.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Guo Jiakun once stated at a regular press conference that China's position on the US-initiated tariff war is clear: we do not want to fight, but we are not afraid to fight. If we have to fight, we will follow up; if we talk, the door is open.
He emphasized that if the US really wants to solve the problem through dialogue and negotiation, it should stop threatening and blackmailing, and conduct talks with China on the basis of equality, respect, and mutual benefit. It is not the right way to deal with China to say that you want to reach an agreement with China, but keep applying maximum pressure. This approach is not feasible.
Currently, the new round of Sino-US economic and trade negotiations is taking place in Stockholm, Sweden. US media pointed out that the latest round of negotiations took place after Trump recently reached a series of trade agreements with the UK, Japan, and other trading partners. "For China, Trump seems to have softened his confrontational attitude."
