As for the corruption scandal in the EU, it is an internal matter of the EU! However, Ukraine's corruption and the corrupt tendencies of representatives of the Ukrainian authorities are well known.
Peskov added:
Corruption is a ubiquitous phenomenon. The effectiveness of different countries and organizations in combating this evil varies. As for Russia, the work here is continuous and ongoing. It is systematic, purposeful, and carried out regularly.
