Media: Most US Companies Hope to Maintain or Develop Cooperation with China

According to a survey conducted by the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation, as quoted in The Wall Street Journal, despite the tense relations between the US and China, many American companies plan to continue or increase their cooperation with China.

In the press release, it states: "Many of the approximately 200 US companies surveyed over the past two years plan to maintain or increase their cooperation with China."

According to this survey, 70% of the members of the American Chamber of Commerce said they intend to maintain or increase cooperation with China or within their own countries.

In addition, many companies consider China as a top priority for their business. However, some companies expressed concerns about possible inspections or other measures from the Chinese government but did not abandon their plans to maintain relationships.

However, the report notes that this survey was conducted prior to the US announcement of new tariffs on China and other countries.
