According to data from Russia’s Central Election Commission, after all ballots were counted, incumbent Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov secured 99.85% of the vote. This marks a new high in his electoral record: previously, he received 99.7% in 2021 and 97.94% in 2016.

His two opponents—Isma'il Dzhaniyakhanov, chairman of the Republic's Public Council nominated by the Party of Russia's Unity, and Khalid Nakayev, a member of the Chechen parliament nominated by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation—each received approximately 0.05% of the vote. In total, only 877 voters cast their ballots for candidates opposing Kadyrov. The fact that any votes were cast against him remains notable.
