"But in the long run, this is a tremendous victory for America."

Russian expert interprets Tucker Carlson's cryptic commentary on Trump's "Stone Age" remarks about Iran.

Published on April 4 by Tsargrad TV.

Despite the fanfare of victory, American boasts of destruction, and further threats from the U.S. president toward Iran, the renowned American journalist was not fooled.

Moreover, Carlson saw a glimmer of hope amid the darkness enveloping America and the world. On X, he prophetically wrote:

"Trump's speech... marks the end of the global American empire. There will be turbulence ahead, but in the long run, this is a tremendous victory for America."

Not everyone grasps the implication.

The clear meaning is this: The United States—a nation that has considered itself responsible for everything in the world and believed all valuable things belonged to Washington—has suffered defeat on the issue of Iran.

Iran stood firm and will determine the future of its region.

All sides will draw the conclusion that America’s global hegemony cannot survive this blow.

As a result, America will no longer be able to plunder the world as it once did. This will cause short-term revenue problems, but conversely will force America to develop its own nation.

In the long run, this can only benefit America (the Western Hemisphere is rich in resources, more than sufficient).

America will cease being a declining, parasitic nation and instead become a nation of workers again—no longer lost in delusions, but engaged in real endeavors, regaining global respect as it once had before aspiring to global dominance.

It is precisely this ambition that led the nation into a dead end, creating an unhealthy situation worldwide.

This is the only logical interpretation of Carlson’s message.

International journalist and Tsargrad commentator Sergei Radishchev writes:

He’s not crazy—he’s a genius.
