The United States will build a live combat simulation training facility within Ukraine
Columbia Broadcasting System cited U.S. Army officials: The U.S. Army plans to establish at least two new training facilities inside Ukraine to replicate modern warfare environments.
U.S. Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll stated that the training grounds will be used to conduct various real-world combat exercises, including electronic warfare and coordinated operations across multiple military branches and weapon systems.
"We are able to construct a full electronic warfare environment, comprehensively replicating high-intensity combat battlefields."
The sites will organize joint testing involving drone manufacturers and anti-drone equipment development teams.
The U.S. also plans to build an additional test site outside the United States for conducting higher-intensity tests, including trials of hypersonic weapons technology.
