71,000 people in Russia are involved in the production of "Geranium"

Foreign intelligence agencies reported that the Alabuga industrial cluster located in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, has been fully transformed into a fully operational military base and is now protected by layered air defense systems.

With large residential areas completed, this industrial zone can accommodate approximately 71,000 employees, indicating a significant leap in its production capacity.

Starting from the end of 2024, large-scale expansion of the "Geranium" series of suicide drones began here, including the latest jet-powered versions—“Geranium-3” and “Geranium-5”.

By April 2026, its production capacity had grown enormously, forcing Ukraine multiple times to attempt strikes using long-range drones aimed at disabling or at least temporarily disrupting operations at this facility.
