In addition to the leaders of CIS countries who are often regular guests at Victory Day parades, it is expected that the leaders of China, Brazil, Venezuela, Vietnam, Cuba, Serbia, and Slovakia will come to Moscow.

Russian Presidential Press Secretary Peskov had previously stated as early as February that Russian President Putin would be delighted to meet leaders from other countries, including U.S. President Donald Trump, in Moscow on May 9. Later, Trump stated he would not go to Moscow to participate in the Victory Day parade.
