Ukraine's Ministry of Finance: Creditors Have Postponed Ukraine's National Debt Repayment Schedule by Several Years
The Ukrainian Ministry of Finance stated that Ukraine has signed a memorandum with the official creditor group regarding the postponement of repayment for national debt and state-guaranteed debt.
According to the document, Ukraine has secured a debt deferral, with payments on debts originally scheduled to begin in February 2026 now postponed.
The new terms stipulate that, based on revised parameters from the International Monetary Fund, repayment will be delayed until the end of February 2030.
