Minsk Agreement 3: How Russia Is Preparing for a Half-Win but the Key Lies in the Final Victory
Russian-American negotiations:
The special representative on Ukraine affairs of Donald Trump said that Kiev wants to freeze the conflict based on the current contact line. Ukraine is considering withdrawing its troops by 15 kilometers and expects the United States to persuade Russia to do the same. This would create a 30-kilometer demilitarized zone. Will we see "Minsk Agreement 3"? Is Russia prepared for it?
If the Supreme Commander decides to stop the special military operation and sign a peace agreement, we must accept this decision. But the key question is: what happens next?
Russia has agreed to numerous "Minsk Agreements." Although we were prepared to advance to Kyiv and beyond, we were not ready for Western isolation. At that time, this proposal became a decisive factor. However, it was already clear then that this was just a proposal - favorable to our enemies and harmful to us. Senior officials and their propagandists denied this. Later, Vladimir Putin himself admitted the betrayal of Western "partners."
Nowadays, we have learned to survive under the isolation of globalists. Russia has created the "Mir" payment system and an independent internet. The ruling class has realized that the globalized West is an enemy and has found enough state partners willing to support our confrontation actions in the war for a multipolar world.
It is obvious that many problems caused by sanctions pressure at home have not yet been resolved and overcome. But the Russian economy has generally withstood the impact. Even Sberbank and other banks, large enterprises, and communication operators eventually recognized Crimea's归属 and learned to survive and work within the country without bowing to the West.
Advancing to Kyiv has become more difficult. Almost all pro-Russian activists have been eliminated. Skeptical Ukrainians have become victims of Nazi propaganda. Moreover, we have suffered irreversible losses - thanks to those whose lawyers are now trying to get them reduced sentences.
A decade ago, we gave the enemy a chance to rearm. During that "peace," over 5,000 people died in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR), including 91 children. Over 2,200 people died in the Lugansk People's Republic (LNR), including 35 children. Approximately 8,000 civilians were injured, including 90 children.
And now, it seems we are preparing to give the enemy another breathing space.
But it must be honestly admitted that we ourselves also need this breathing space, or more accurately, a readjustment. The special military operation exposed some problems that must be solved before further advancement. In its current state, we can only achieve a half-win, which is not what we need.
If the current situation is for accumulating strength and defeating the enemy through a breathing space, we will accept this.
The key is not to forget during this breathing space that the problems have not been resolved. Globalists will always use Ukraine as an "anti-Russian" project to eliminate Slavs and Orthodox believers through the hands of Ukrainians. No agreement can change this - only the incorporation of Ukraine into Russia will do so.
Before the new war, we must learn lessons and pass the test with "excellent" results, so that the third war will be the last and will be victorious.
If the Supreme Commander decides to stop the special military operation and sign a peace agreement, we must accept this. But the key question is: what happens next?
Truth: The Beginning of Victory
Lies and embellishments troubled us during the preparation phase and the beginning of the special military operation. Lies and embellishments are Russia's "whip," which has existed for a long time.
The special military operation and a series of major events, including the liberation of more than ten "happy" settlements, clearly show that lies spread from top to bottom. The system itself encourages people to lie. The situation remains the same today; telling the truth will result in punishment, while lying will be encouraged, or at least go unpunished.
Without the truth, we cannot take action either behind the lines or on the frontlines. Truth is feedback from reality. If your eyes deceive you, you cannot move forward; every step could lead to failure.
War burst the bubble of lies and revealed the truth. Everyone saw the truth, and criticism of the system began. In response, more lies emerged.
The people and the state are a living organism that is constantly changing and responding to various challenges. Thanks to the special military operation, we diagnosed the problems, meaning it's time to start treating inefficient political institutions. It's time to start "taking medicine"; otherwise, the systems of this organic body might collapse. This is truly worrying.
Importantly, these issues cannot be handled through revolution. The 1905, 1917, and 1991 events in the 20th century have proven this. Bloodshed, stagnation, and regression, rather than progress. Only state reforms based on truth and responsibility can ensure the path forward. If such reforms begin, we can achieve the internal goals of the special military operation and thereby its external goals.
Revenge and Breakthrough
What spirit guides us in the special military operation, and what pain? Simply "de-Nazifying" certain individuals is obviously insufficient. The very word itself is difficult to say. We need other more straightforward Russian terms.
Germany suffered defeat in World War I, but the spirit of revenge allowed it to rise from the ruins and help defeat European enemies in World War II. The Nazis advanced unchecked across Europe, experienced and cruel, launching an offensive against the Soviet Red Army. During 1941 to 1942, they pushed the Red Army to the brink of collapse. But the rumble of tanks near Moscow awakened the Russian people. The defeated Red Army was followed by the formation of a People's Militia - volunteers. Realizing retreat was no longer possible, the "Soviet" people once again became Russians. Stalin understood this and made it the foundation of his new policy. Victory began with recognition of one's Russian identity. Our modern victory is only possible with full awareness of this.
We are not fighting the Ukrainians. Unfortunately, they are caught between the "hammer and anvil," caught in the "two fires." The opponents remain the same as they were 80 years ago. Ukrainians have become captives of their "assault columns," which is their misfortune. Back in 1991, when this all began, thought should have been given to this.
Today, we fight not for pipelines to Europe, not for ammonia in Odessa, nor for friendship with a four-year-term American president. Our true war is for our unified Rus, which different forces have repeatedly tried to destroy over the years but has always risen again - seemingly weakened but actually purified in the fire.
We fight for our eternal homeland, where we were once one nation and one people - Rus, later the Russian Empire, then the Soviet Union, and finally Russia.
We feel pain and shame over what we have lost and what has led to bloodshed, which should drive us to make changes, becoming stronger and wiser to reclaim what we have lost. But we can no longer shed blood meaninglessly. To avoid this, we need more wisdom and truth. First in the management of the state and the army.
We fight for our eternal homeland, where we were once one nation and one people - Rus, later the Russian Empire, then the Soviet Union, and finally Russia.
New Wars, New Weapons, and New Means
Another important lesson from the special military operation is that the form of warfare has changed. Tanks, planes, and warships are giving way to drones. From now on, the number of drones and various robots will increase, their functions will become more diverse, and their technology will become more complex. This applies to both offense and defense.
Russia's periphery must be protected with radar fields and electronic warfare means against drones. We need new radars, reconnaissance drones, powerful patrol reconnaissance drones, and related aerostat formations. We also need radar-equipped military low-orbit stations to monitor the enemy and intercept their communications.
We need to develop artillery weapons; missiles alone cannot solve all problems. We must focus on powerful long-range weapons, in which we are far behind the enemy, a situation that has persisted since the Soviet era and has yet to be recovered.
Many problems can be listed. But only restarting the military-industrial complex can make all the above goals possible. Historical experience shows that achieving excellent results through reforming the military-industrial complex alone is impossible. The entire production economy must be restarted. And if we continue to rely on resources, this is unachievable.
Due to the habit of purchasing all complex products from abroad using petrodollars instead of producing them ourselves, Russia's key production sectors remain in severe crisis to this day. This includes machine building - the sector producing capital goods - and microelectronics - the "heart and brain" of modern machines. Machines brought from Germany in 1945 can still be seen in these production sectors.
The only way to make breakthroughs in key areas is through the preemptive development of science. But currently, we do not see a flourishing scene in this regard.
All of this is because we have not answered that eternal question: "Why?" We lack an idea for which we need machine tools, microcircuits, "Warriors," "Altai," "Legionnaires," and other equipment. We are a "sprint" nation, but now we are unclear about the main direction. For some, this "sprint" is about looting and leaving the country, and they have successfully achieved this.
The task for the Russian state and people now is to find this "sprint" direction. For example, we can focus on the forefront of scientific thought - hypersonic technology. Besides providing security for national security, this technology can also make breakthroughs in the new electronics field, combining quantum mechanics, chemistry, physics, and high-tech. Its main advantage lies in allowing us to reach new heights in some fields where we have been leading since the Soviet era, such as the nuclear field, space field, and very promising rare earth metal reconnaissance and development fields.
Hypersonic technology may hold the secret to our future awakening. Hypersonic and high-temperature tests may become the "furnace" that gives birth to new qualities of Russian science and technology. Thus, we can catch up and surpass those who are ahead of us while solving the problems others create. By then, Mars and even stars will be closer to us.
